The Health Council of Canada collaborates with health care experts, leaders, and stakeholders from across the country to define, investigate and report on complex health care issues and identify and disseminate innovative solutions that can directly improve Canadian health care.
The Health Council engages with federal, provincial, and territorial governments, national and regional organizations, researchers, providers, patients, and citizens by creating opportunities for dialogue, support and overall engagement through conference sponsorships, speaking engagements and presentations; sharing innovative practices and tackling tough issues and health care questions.
We do this through:
Advisory Panels (Top)

As an organization we engage with national networks, such as the Evidence Network and the Evidence-Informed Healthcare Renewal (EIHR) portal, to promote the use of evidence on health care renewal and innovative practices.
The Health Council provides sponsorships to conferences and events that create a dialogue on key health care issues. We contribute to the dialogue by providing information and funding, and engaged conference participants.
