| This report looks back at five years of activity intended to strengthen the capacity of the public health care system to deliver timely, high-quality care. The 2003 First Ministers’ Accord on Health Care Renewal has been a catalyst for positive change in some areas, less so in others, and the Health Council urges governments to rekindle their commitment to health care renewal. |
