Kathryn MacDonald
Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary
Kathryn manages the Finance, Human Resources and IT portfolios at the Council secretariat. As Corporate Secretary, she also supports the Council in meeting its governance obligations and objectives. Since completing her MBA at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto in 1997, Kathryn has worked in both the private and public sectors. She has worked at the provincial (Ontario) and federal levels of government. Her private sector experience includes banking (Bank of Montreal) and retail (Bata Limited), where she worked in international finance and marketing.
