Jack Kitts
Chair
Dr. Jack Kitts is President and CEO of The Ottawa Hospital, one of Canada's largest research hospitals with 12,000 employees. Before serving as CEO, Dr. Kitts was VP Medical Affairs and led the medical staff during a complex merger of three hospitals and five large programs into The Ottawa Hospital. He is also Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Ottawa, and continues to practice anesthesia on a limited basis. Dr. Kitts completed his MD at the University of Ottawa, and spent three years as a medical officer in the Canadian Forces. Dr. Kitts earned an MBA from the University of Ottawa. |
